1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jbees Lounge & Eatery's services, website, or booking platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings require a valid phone number and full name
• Bookings are held for 30 minutes (Gaming) or 15 minutes (Salon)
• 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all services
• No-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee
• Group bookings require advance deposit

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• VAT and service charges are included where applicable
• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Age Restrictions

• Gaming Arena: Minimum age 16 years
• Lounge & Bar: Minimum age 18 years (alcoholic beverages)
• Salon Services: Children under 12 require parent/guardian
• ID may be requested for age verification

5. Prohibited Activities

• Smoking in non-designated areas
• Outside food and beverages
• Damaging or tampering with equipment
• Disruptive or abusive behavior
• Unauthorized photography or recording
• Illegal substances or activities

6. Liability & Responsibility

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of guests
• We are not liable for lost or stolen items
• Damages to property will be charged to responsible party
• Use gaming equipment at your own risk
• Health conditions should be disclosed for spa/salon services

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is collected for booking and service purposes
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties
• Photos may be taken during events (opt-out available)
• Marketing communications can be opted out of

8. Promotions & Special Offers

• Offers cannot be combined or used with other discounts
• Valid during specified periods only
• Management reserves right to modify or cancel promotions
• Not applicable to already discounted items

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication with our management. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through the appropriate legal channels in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.

10. Amendments to Terms

Jbees Lounge & Eatery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or premises. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
